I’ve always had an affinity for living out loud–for sharing the realizations that’ve pushed me from feeling inadequate to owning every room I walk into and reclaiming my own story. 

And I’ve proven I know how to illuminate the way for others to take back their narratives. Because life’s too short to wait to embrace and express your true self. Let’s reclaim your story, together.

soft and fierce, kind and no-bullsh*t, spiritually grounded and not afraid to speak my unfiltered truth. Growing up in a traditional Latin household taught me how to balance reverence and rebellion—and 



I’ve lived a lot of life. Trauma, divorce, cultural pressure, motherhood, growing professionally from a deep place of healing––and I’ve done most of it with an audience. Never attention-seeking, but so that those around me would know they weren’t alone in carrying hard things.



Women started reaching out to me with their stories, sharing how they’d left toxic jobs, launched the businesses of their dreams, and finally started speaking the quiet parts of themselves out loud. 

It was then that I realized I wasn’t just showing up for me anymore. 
I was showing up for us.

I’m a walking contradiction in the best way:

That’s what my mission is centered around: 
providing a space for women to expand and step fully into themselves. 

how to hold all parts of myself at once.

Over time, something extraordinary happened.

We don’t shrink here. I show up fully—in my career, my relationships, motherhood, and the way I move through the world. I embody what I preach, and lead those in my circle to do the same. 


Own your space and your truth. 

I understand that true power doesn’t come from being perfect, muted, or siloed. I practice healing out loud, so other women know they are safe, seen, and valid in their struggles and their rise. 

Lead from experience. 

The path might be curvy, messy, unexpected—but every turn is with purpose, each line teaches a lesson, and every moment lends to your story. My journey hasn’t been linear, and neither is yours. I’m here to show you how to own your story. 

You’re in control of your narrative. 

Through learned internal dialogue, small-habit shifting, and accountability, I show women how to eliminate their fear of being fully seen into embracing and expressing who they are. 



Once you realize the moment has always been yours, you’ll stop second-guessing every post, or saying “no” to the opportunities that excite you, or letting your boundaries slip because you’re afraid to make someone else uncomfortable.

I believe that business should be a force for good. A portion of every dollar earned supports organizations that empower women and children affected by abuse and provide food and resources to children in need—because showing up for others is part of the work, too.

As the youngest of three, family means everything to me. I’m proud of my Puerto Rican roots and my sunny South Florida upbringing. 

Being a mom is one of my greatest joys and creating a space where my son can thrive keeps me grounded and motivated to be someone he’ll always look up to. Those close to me know that Saint is the love of my life. And if you keep up with my Instagram stories, you’ll likely get a glimpse of the joy he brings to every corner of my life. 

My faith is the compass that guides it all. I love Jesus and strive daily to live with a heart like His. I believe that love is the greatest force in this World. 
With love, faith, and community, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.
